Description A wine from the Lisbon region (DoC Alenquer) made from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez (also known as Tempranillo) and Castelao grapes. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the freshness and aromas. After a light pressing and daily pumping over the wine is aged for three years in concrete tanks and a light filtration before bottling. The wine has a deep ruby colour, aromas of red fruit and floral notes with subtle spice. It is elegant, fruity with an excellent freshness associated with the Atlantic influence. It has rounded, polished tannins and a long and complex finish.
