This is my second time ordering from Black Mtn Bison, I can honestly say they will have a life long customer in me. The short ribs are always tender and hit. The website is easy to use and the order arrived promptly and well ppacked. They also accommodate local pick-up if you happen to live in the area or traveling through. I will be back for more bison products!
