Purchased a prime rib bison roast. Cut into ribeyes 1 3/4 inches thick. Put them in a sous vide for 3 1/2 hours and then seared them on the Blackstone with some garlic compound butter for Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed. Very tender and flavorful! Have purchased from Black Mountain several times and always happy with my purchases. Highly recommend!!!
