Our whole/ half and quarter pigs are available to order on back order now with a 1/2 week lead time to get our dry cured bacons and gammons prepared fresh for you. Our half pig option is one to fill the freezer and make massive savings. We have 8 varieties of sausages to choose from to include a gluten free option, 2 types of dry cured bacon, dry cured gammons, flavoured or plain pork chops and ribs along with stuffed or unstuffed pork fillets and much more.
