HALF CHICKEN ROAST WITH VEGETABLES - GARLIC AND HERB

Prepared for the oven, this half chicken has a Garlic and Herb marinade and comes in a foil tray with Peppers, Onion, Sliced Courgette and Cherry Tomatoes.  This is ready for oven cooking (40-45 minutes) and results in a succulent roasted Chicken with tasty vegetable sauce. Alternative marinade available or simply ask for no marinade if you prefer.
