A malted note too across the top with figs, sherry and dates. Baked terracotta. Palate The palate opens with ginger snaps, a note of drying oak and some hints of salted caramel. Some vintage leather and figs with honey, topped with chopped toasted hazelnuts, a pinch of liquorice powder and a note of griddle pineapple.
