This one was the biggest surprise in the order. I grilled this to rare/med rare and the taste was superb. The surprise was the tenderness of the steak – it was actually at a par with the filets I also ordered. At the price, it was also a deal compared to the other items in my order. You can bet I will be getting more of these. Excellent.
