The Botterill Family have been farming on the Belvoir Estate for 70 years in the small village of Croxton Kerrial. They produce the best of the best in the poultry world just 20 minutes from our Claypole Shop. Most supermarket birds are only grown to 39-40 days. Whereas Botterill ducks are slow grown to 100 days meaning they are bigger and allowed to mature. They are a Peking strain of duck meaning they are extra delicious. They roam the rolling hills of the Belvoir Estate with a rather wonderful view of Belvoir Castle. All weights include Giblets
