Fillet steak is the leanest of all the beef cuts, with just a very fine marbling of fat. It’s incredibly tender, and as only a small part of the cow is classed as fillet, this makes it a real prized cut. All our steaks are cut from superb Scottish beef, chosen for its flavour and excellent eating quality.
