Rib: 1 x Rib Whole / 1 x Rib cut into riblets and vacuumed packed in 500g packets. Leg: 1 x Leg Whole / 1 x Leg cut into chops and vacuumed in packets of four (4). Shoulder: 1 x Shoulder cut into chops and vacuumed in packets of four (4) / 1 x Shoulder cut into stewing meat. Loin Rack: Cut into the following chops: Loin, Saddle and Chump. Shanks: Cut into stewing meat.
